We believe that a strong support community is key to any fitness journey and that’s why we built our Fitness Consultation program. Our Fitness Consultation program is specifically designed for newcomers and focuses on helping you achieve your goals while integrating you into the RedX community.
As a member entering our training program you’ll receive an unparalleled tailor fit plan matched specifically to your needs.

Our Process:
At our Fitness Consultation we’ll meet with you for about an hour and provide you with:
- A health and fitness form for us to review
- A complete 3D body scan
- An assessment of your current fitness and nutrition
- Personal fitness goals
- A personalized plan for success
